Daryn turned 6 on July 12!

Daryn had a fun birthday this year. In the morning of her birthday uncle Ben came and picked her up on his motorcycle and took her to go get donuts. All the other kids were a bit jealous as they drove off.

Then aunt Katie came over and we took Daryn over to pick up her friend Ella. We had bought matching Hannah Montana shirts for them to wear to Libby Lou. Daryn has been wanting to go there forever and she had been looking at the poster that gives them their birthday options for weeks. She choose the princess one and loved every second of the pampering. She then choose the dog option of course and got a little pooch and carrier. Finally they got "goodie bags" and got to choose 5 items to put in it. After I took her shopping a bit and she got a new swim suit. We then met up with Ryan and the rest of the kids at Del Taco where ate lunch and played.

Later in the day our family and close friends the Stacey's, Pace's, Garcia-Young's and Grocholsky's came over last minute for dessert and they were all so sweet and got little gifts for her. She had a great day and felt very beautiful and special.
It is so fun seeing her get older and do so much. She has so many incredible talents. She excels at any sport she attempts, she is artistic, fantastic with pets and babies, very thoughtful and also so loving. She loves to draw me pictures and write me notes that express how much she loves me. I am so grateful that she is my daughter and I feel privilged to be her Mom.
