Halloween was celebrated 3 fun times this year!

This year for halloween Cami wanted to be a rock star... she loves Hannah Montana and singing or dancing so that was no surprise, Daryn was a dog... anybody who knows Daryn, knows of her dog obsession, Tyler wanted to be a bear so he could scare his buddy A.J. and Abby was a fairy because we already had the costume and she doesn't really care what she is yet. I think that this is the last year we will have that privilage. She is growing up so fast.

I had alot of fun with the kids during halloween. We had our first little halloween party where the girls invited their friends over. The kids had a lot of fun making a little halloween craft, decorating sugar cookies, eating pizza and watching a movie together. Surprisingly enough, 13 little girls wasn't too crazy and turned out to be a lot of fun.

Tyler had a good time going with his preschool class to the pumpkin patch. They got to go on the hay ride, see farm animals and it was fun running into cousins Maddie and Kylie.

Being the ward activities director I decided to have our ward halloween party at the pumpkin patch that was down the street from us. October was a beautiful month weather wise except for one big thunderstorm rain shower on one day... which of course was the day of our activity. We had to delay it a week because of that but it tuned out to be a big success. The kids had a blast playing with all their friends and hanging with their aunts and uncles and Ryan had fun hanging with his BFF's Brian and Landon.

On Halloween night the Staceys, Garcia-Youngs, Paces and my siblings and parents all came over and we had a pot-luck soup party before our mass of kids stormed the neighborhood. All is all everything went smoothly, the kids had a great time, not way too sugared out and I am just excited because it is one step closer to the Christmas season which I love.
